Work North America is a full employment agency registered in almost all Provinces or Territories and our recruiters are allowed to recruit international workers too, making us your one stop shop. When seeking qualified candidates, locally, nationwide and internationally, it can be challenging to navigate the process. Employers
For the new corporate employers we offer the first placement free as a trial and the subsequent placements we offer commission rates as low as 5% of annual salary paid after 6 months of service of the candidate including LMIA’s.
For a limited time we offer qualifying small businesses we offer 3 free placements including LMIA applications if needed. Government fees will be the only charge to employers as mandated by ESDC.
For our US based companies the same apply and only US DOS fees apply for DS 160’s.

We assist employers to apply via a RCIC for a Labour Market Opinion(s) if we cannot source local talent or within Canada through our inhouse Registered Canadian Immigration Professional that are fully licensed and boned for Recruitment and Immigration assistance

We find or head hunt the most suitable candidates for you to interview after pre-screening leaving you, to do the important interview which saves you time to look after your valuable business.

Provincial Nominations (PNP)
We take the hassle out of Provincial Nomination applications to ensure approvals by a RCIC and licensed recruiters to help keep the valuable international worker you have working for you or getting talent from from abroad if we don’t succeed with the in Canada candidates.
